Hello friends, fans, and family,
first I want to say thank you so much for your support and love you are awesome. Thank you. I am working on my fitness goals and maintaining said goals are a challenge for me. Mainly is because I enjoy eating sweets. So, I am learning to taper this craving. This is mainly why I have a free day. My free day keeps me sane and motivated to move forward in my fitness training. I aim to do a body transformation, even though I know that this is going to be a long journey I still believe that I can do it. I will show you all a before and after photo(s).
I will keep you all posted if you guys are interested in all of that, haha. You know, my real fear as an actor is never achieving my goal of being a principle actor. In this difficult arena of acting people quit acting every day for various reasons. Being an older actor I fear of not reaching a spot in acting where I can get principle and/or reoccurring roles. I know that I am harder on myself than anyone else but I feel that I have to be this why in order to bridge the gap as it were that I am facing as an older actor.
Being older is not my only obstacle as much as I hate to mention it but I will because it is a real thing. I am also a black man and my finances also play a part into all of it as well. So, for me looking at my career I personally feel like I am working against the clock and I am behind the power curb all at the same time. I encourage myself contently because of all of this. My belief in God and family holds me and this allows me to keep on keeping on.
I am also into fitness as well and the best fitness example is self. If I am able to show that I can achieve my fitness goals this would prove that i have the discipline that is needed to do what is needed. I would be proving this to myself first of all of to all who choose to support me in my fitness efforts. Consistency is the key. I know that I must be consistent in my workout as well as my eating habits.
I am going to close with, don't allow yourself to be discouraged and sad for failing in an attempt. You may fail 100 times 100 but all you need is that one time to succeed. Learn from your failures and improve. You can achieve your fitness goals. You can achieve any goals that you set your mind to. Whether it is going to college and/or starting your own business. Do your research and get it done. You can do it.
